Well...Jennifer has worked as a fitness professional for over 25 years; in addition, for more than the last 12 years, she has owned and taught classes at Auburn Yoga & Pilates Center in Auburn, MA. During this time she has encountered many people who want to try pilates classes, but are fearful. As a result, she is creating this information and inspirational challenge to allow people an easy to follow way to get started!
